A three movement work about 11 minutes in duration written in the Summer of 2004.   University of Illinois bassoonist and professor Timothy McGovern and Eric Dalheim (pianist) gave the work its premiere performance on Oct 29, 2004 at the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champagne. The work was subsequently performed by Cleveland Orchestra Bassoonist Barrick Stees at the 2006 International Double Reed Society (IDRS) conference in Muncie, Indiana.  The above mp3's are from the 2006 IDRS performance featuring Barrick Stees, bassoon and Randall Fusco, piano.
